All SFS employees are committed to using CQPP – Corporate Quality Performance Program. This program teaches and awards our employees to consistently produce the highest quality products in the safest and most productive manor possible to meet our customer needs.
Our Quality Assurance program maintains control of processes from inquiry through after-sales service. This program is based on ISO 9001 standard. State of the art measuring and testing equipment, including a laboratory facility, are employed for consistent control of processes and products from incoming scrap materials through the final shipped product. Before shipment, each piece is dimensionally inspected to ensure rigid dimensional accuracy according to specifications. Non-destructive test methods include ultrasonic, hardness, magnetic particle, and dye penetrant testing. Each piece is prepared and shipped meeting timely deliveries in accordance with our customer’s needs.
